CHC Helicopter is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced B1.3 / B2 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) for the position of Touring Engineer. Key responsibilities but not limited to: The B1.3 / B2 LAME will be responsible for undertaking and certification of maintenance on CHC aircraft as directed by the Senior Base Engineer and Maintenance Manager in accordance with operational practice. Successful applicants will need the minimum requirements: Must hold a CASA Part 66 Category License; unrestricted license category and type rating preferred; Must have the legal right to live and work in Australia. Qualifications, skills and attributes: Ability to coach, manage and lead a team in line with CHC values; Demonstrated interpersonal and organisational leadership skillset; Excellent communication and people management attributes; Safe manual handling of tooling, equipment and parts; Highly detailed and task oriented. This will be a challenging position that will operate on an 15 day on/13 day off roster, with the flexibility on start and finish shift times to cover the operational day.
