The Role
We're seeking a Property Services Assistant and Front of House Coordinator to help elevate our exceptional service to both tenants and owners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for tenants, owners, and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
* Coordinate front-of-house duties, ensuring smooth office operations and effective communication.
* Manage your schedule for maximum efficiency and travel to properties for inspections.
* Conduct property inspections, compile detailed reports, and communicate findings to the property management team.
* Handle administrative tasks, including maintaining records, scheduling inspections, and responding to inquiries.
* Ensure high attention to detail, quality service, and a positive tenant experience.
* Meet KPIs with 10-15 inspections per day while maintaining excellent service standards.
* Work collaboratively across departments to achieve the best outcomes for tenants and property owners.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* High attention to detail and a passion for property management.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Prior experience in customer service, property management, or real estate is highly desirable, but not essential.
* A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for property inspections.
