Infinite Aged Care is a progressive residential aged care provider with 17 established care homes across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia & soon to be Victoria boasting over 30 years' experience in the sector With its operational head office located on the Gold Coast and over 2,000 employees nationally our company's core mission is to MakeAgedCareGreat for all our residents, their families, our employees and the communities in which we operate by committing to delivering consistent high-quality care, inclusive cultures and best in class operations every day Reporting to our Business Systems Manager, the Application Custodian will be responsible for overseeing all company-used applications with a strong focus on finance systems, including Epicor, TechOne, and Resident Manager - research, procure, install, configure, monitor, and maintain software applications. Ensure applications are functional, secure, and meet organisational needs. This role ensures the effective management of security groups, permissions, and documentation of all applications. The Applications Manager will also develop documentation and user guides, provide training to the ICT team for level 1 support, and offer end-user training to promote user adoption. Additionally, they will manage cybersecurity related to applications, ensuring best practices are met, and assist with application interoperability. The key responsibilities for this role are, but not limited to: Oversee the management of security groups and permissions for all applications to ensure secure and efficient access control. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all applications, including user guides and technical manuals. Provide training to the IT team for level 1 support and offer end-user training to promote user adoption and effective use of applications. Manage cybersecurity aspects related to applications, ensuring that all security protocols and best practices are followed. Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to resolve complex technical issues, share knowledge, and implement IT projects and improvements. Identify recurring issues and propose solutions to prevent future incidents. Contribute to the improvement of IT processes and procedures to enhance overall service delivery. Provide remote assistance to off-site or remote users, ensuring consistent and efficient support regardless of the user's location. Qualifications: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Experience: with Epicor is highly desirable, and experience with TechOne and Resident Manager is desirable. You have a: Proven experience in application management and cyber security and demonstrated experience with vendor engagement and service delivery.
