We are currently seeking part-time team members to fill various roles within our housekeeping department at Novotel Devonport.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Housekeepers: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
* Room Brides/Concierges: Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures, provide local information, and perform tasks such as wake-up calls and newspaper delivery.
* Public Area Housekeepers: Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, corridors, and restaurants.
To be successful in these roles, you will need excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are essential.
