THE POSITION: Oversee the kitchen at a premier ski resort, ensuring smooth, efficient operations year-round Stock control and budget management, including minimising food wastage Develop seasonal menus for fine dining, banquets, canapés, and functions, tailored to the alpine setting Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation Build and maintain relationships with clients and other key stakeholders THE PERSON: Minimum Cert.
