We offer a full range of Grain and Grass-fed beef categories and export to over 35 countries globally.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to drive HR strategies and initiatives across the group. This role combines operational and strategic HR, focusing on workplace compliance, employee engagement, and health and safety, ensuring a thriving workplace culture across diverse teams.As the HRBP, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and staff, balancing immediate HR needs with longer-term objectives to support the growth and success of Stanbroke’s brands.Your Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership: Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals and foster a high-performance culture.Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on performance management, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution.Workplace Health & Safety: Lead and implement health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with legislation and fostering a safe workplace.Policy Development: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance.Talent Acquisition: Assist the Talent Acquisition team, where required, with recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with organisational needs and culture.Compliance & Reporting: Monitor employment law updates and ensure HR practices meet legislative requirements.
