Responsibilities Under the direction of the Financial Accounting Manager, the incumbent is responsible for preparing financial statements. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Essential Job Functions: Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures. Prepares journal entries to General Ledger. Prepares bank reconciliations. Prepares detailed account analysis. Analyzes fluctuations in departmental results and variances from budgets. Assists Financial Accounting Manager with maintenance of General Ledger system and reports. Assists Financial Accounting Manager with maintenance of Fixed Asset accounting system. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service. Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times. Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required as well as one (1) to three (3) years of similar accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Knowledge of hotel casino operations preferred. Must possess basic mathematical skills.

The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
