Your Role:
As a Paediatric New Graduate Speech Pathologist, you will assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy for children with speech, language, and communication difficulties. You will work with a variety of conditions, including stutters, phonological delays, articulation delays, language and literacy issues, social skill needs, feeding difficulties, and voice disorders.
Support you will receive:
* Dedicated onboarding process: You will receive a one-on-one induction session with our Director, who will guide you through our databases, systems, and processes. Online training programs, pre-recorded by Senior Speech Pathologists, will be provided to familiarize you with our practice.
* Clear career progression opportunities embedded within each practitioner's professional goal plan
* Administration support to handle all your bookings and billings
* Regular in-house team training sessions for ongoing professional development and peer support mentoring to discuss challenging cases, if needed

Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
* SPA membership
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
* Drivers license and own vehicle
