THE ROLE
You will be part of a dedicated team that provides support to our most important stakeholders – our Professional Drivers and Operators. As Partner Care Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Driver requests over the phone or via email correspondence, inclusive of feedback, handling and resolving issues, promoting product awareness and contributing to the overall success of our brand. This role is based at Onsite - Victoria Park and will report to the Partner Care Manager. You will be a part of close knit team who get the work done with efficiency and teamwork.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Answer Driver queries with integrity via phone, emails, web, in a helpful and professional manner
* Create and promote product awareness by proactively identifying opportunities for improved Driver outcomes
* Assist in the development and improvement of Partner Care systems and procedures
* Liaise with other departments to ensure flow-on of information and knowledge regarding new systems, processes and initiatives
* Contribute to achieving a positive and innovative team culture
