This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with MEP expertise, looking to make a significant impact on high-profile projects as part of a large, high-achieving team. In this position, you will lead MEP cost management functions and provide strategic advisory support throughout all stages of the project lifecycle. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver precise MEP cost estimates, manage budgets, and offer expert guidance on value engineering and risk mitigation. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and driving cutting-edge solutions to meet project goals. DUTIES. Deliver Comprehensive MEP Cost Advice & Estimates Perform Trade Take-Offs & BOQ Pricing for MEP Components Manage Variations, Site Valuations, & MEP-Specific Risks Implement Value Management & Cost Optimisation Strategies Attend Design Meetings & Liaise with Clients on MEP Requirements Prepare Cost Reports & Conduct Financial Reconciliation Perform Feasibility Studies & Evaluate Project Viability Utilise Industry Software such as Cost X and MS Office SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. Membership in a recognised professional body (e.g., RICS, AIQS, CIOB) Minimum of 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying, with a focus on MEP projects Strong knowledge of MEP cost management principles and industry practices In-depth understanding of construction methodologies and innovations Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal CULTURE.
