Clough in a joint venture with BMD, is proud to announce that we have been awarded by the Northern Territory Government to deliver the Engineering, Procurement and Construction services for the development of the Darwin Ship Lift facility.
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join the technical team. This role is offered on a 14 days on /7 days off roster (with night shift required). It's only a short commute for Darwin locals or FIFO from any major capital city.

What you will bring to the team:
1. Degree qualified in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant hands-on project engineering experience.
2. Demonstrated Marine and Dredging experience.
3. Strong commitment to safety from design to construction.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well in a team.
5. Knowledge of Australian Codes and Standards.
6. Critical thinking and problem-solving working skills with the ability to set priorities and manage own time.
Your focus will include:
7. Providing detailed engineering input that ensures delivery of works on time and within budget to client satisfaction.
8. Working closely with the project team including superintendents, planners, procurement, HSSE, commercial, and QA/QC staff to ensure timely, cost effective and fit for purpose engineering and construction.
9. Managing the delivery of subcontractor work packages on time and within budget.
10. Participating in hazard and safety reviews on site, and executing visible safety leadership.
11. Providing advice to subcontractors and actively finding solutions to technical or project issues as required, in a timely manner.
