Provide basic technical support for a wide range of hardware, software, and network-related problems. Record and track service requests in the IT service management system. Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 IT issues, escalating more complex issues to higher-level support teams. Guide users through basic technical solutions and offer clear, user-friendly instructions. Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all callers. Assist with system access and password resets. Essential Requirements: Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, and networking. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner. Excellent phone etiquette and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
