This important role, as part of the HKH Executive Leadership team, is central to collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups to enhance the realisation of benefits and human experience that come with brand new facilities to deliver high quality care and services to our patients and communities As the Corporate Services Manager you will play a key role in leading the delivery of exceptional services within our new purpose-built environment; whilst also ensuring ongoing sustainability for our future generations. At HKH we have open plan team based working spaces in the Executive Unit, which provides real time opportunities for collaboration with colleagues. The unique location of the HKH Executive Unit and the new build also brings the benefit of some great sunsets over our lovely bushland surrounds. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills including substantial experience in leading high level negotiations, writing complex reports, interpretation and presentation of complex information and executive briefings. A proven track record of achievement in managing corporate service delivery in a complex healthcare environment. Significant experience in organisational re-design and change management, with proven ability to drive business improvement reform and workplace culture improvement.
