Job Description
The Personal Assistant will provide administrative support to the Emergency Medicine team in Calvary Mater Newcastle's Emergency Department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a point of contact for the Emergency Medicine team, including the Director of Emergency Medicine and Emergency Medicine Staff Specialists.
* Undertake administration responsibilities for the ED Director and FACEMs.
* Provide payroll support, diary and leave management, meeting minutes and agenda preparation, and maintain staff files.
* Ensure the quality of information and systems, and perform other administration tasks to meet the department's service delivery needs.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be highly organized, efficient, and able to multitask with minimal supervision.
