The Company:
Talent Butler is proud to partner with a private property developer to source a Senior Development Manager to drive the delivery of a diverse range of master planned communities. This growing company is financially stable and owns just under 900 hectares of landholdings across Australia.
The Role:
This role will appeal to a Senior Development Manager with land subdivision, medium density, and apartment experience or an experienced Development Manager looking for career progression. In this role, you will be responsible for a large-scale master planned community consisting of residential land lots, retail town centre, and build to rent product.
Reporting to the Development Director, you will lead the development process including driving financial, marketing, design, planning, and delivery outcomes across the full development lifecycle.
In addition, you will manage all key project stakeholders, resolve planning issues, gain approvals at a local and state level, and ensure project delivery meets all key performance outcomes i.e. time, cost, and quality.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in property, architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related discipline;
* A minimum of 8 -10 years’ experience in both front-end and back-end delivery of residential projects;
* Proven people management, stakeholder, and communication skills (written and verbal);
* Ability to build networks with LGAs, Councils, and the wider building industry;
* Ability to manage and deliver projects autonomously;
* Professional and highly driven individual with the ability to adapt to change and work effectively within a supportive and collaborative team environment;
