Our Client:Our client is a key player in regional infrastructure development, responsible for managing and facilitating large-scale projects to enhance essential facilities and promote sustainable growth.The Opportunity:As the Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing contractor engagements and administrative duties for a major infrastructure relocation project. Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll serve as the primary on-site representative, ensuring compliance, safety, and project alignment.Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Overseeing on-site construction activities to ensure they meet design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.Monitoring daily operations, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, budget, and regulatory requirements.Managing the administration of contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met and all activities are documented.Reviewing and approving key project deliverables, including progress reports, change orders, and payment requests.Leading regular site meetings to discuss progress, address issues, and collaborate on resolutions.Identifying, addressing, and resolving on-site conflicts or discrepancies effectively and professionally.Ensuring a safe work environment by adhering to and promoting safety protocols and environmental standards.Your Skills & Experience:Demonstrated experience in contract administration within infrastructure or construction environments.Familiarity with project management principles, including budget and schedule management.Knowledge of regulatory standards and safety compliance within construction sites.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to coordinate with contractors and stakeholders.Ability to resolve conflicts and troubleshoot issues on-site effectively.Relevant qualifications in Contract Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.The Offer:Our client offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment where you’ll play a critical role in a landmark project.
