About the Role
As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in planning, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive range of services for individuals and families in our community. You’ll work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, using your clinical experience and knowledge to support clients in navigating their health journeys. With a focus on preventative care and early intervention, you’ll help empower individuals to take charge of their health and well-being.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to the professional development of allied health assistants and students. Your expertise will help us uphold clinical protocols and standards, ensuring that we continue to provide the highest level of care.
Essential Criteria
5. Qualification : Recognised Social Work degree and eligibility for relevant Professional Association membership.
6. Registration : Meet all requirements for maintaining current registration in regulated professions.
7. Clinical Skills : Strong ability to manage a diverse and complex caseload with a focus on community health.
8. Team Collaboration : Excellent communication skills and a commitment to professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
