Make your mark by optimising the performance of our store network Hybrid working model, partly working remotely as well as our Support Office in Docklands Succession planning and development As a Space Planner, you will develop and deliver financial analysis, reporting, accurate floor plans and optimise the performance of our store network, as well as build Productivity through Sales & Profit growth within the existing store portfolio by supporting our Customer First Strategy. About the role: Maintain and provide accurate Floor plans and data bases as required Develop and provide direction for Space and Sales plans in line with Merchandise Strategic plan, working with project teams, Merchandise & Retail Operations Develop and provide direction for Space and Sales plans for new & refurbishing Stores, working with Property, Merchandise, Finance & Design Planning Influence future and current Space productivity outcomes Take ownership and accountability of developing store floor plans, providing and analysing productivity data to create and implement change relating to space, sales and profit Work with stakeholders on new brand rollouts and projects as well as oversee and manage the updating and maintenance of relevant store plan data About you: AutoCAD and planning skills & experience is preferred Extensive retail industry experience in space planning Bachelor’s degree in a related field is desirable but not essential Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent stakeholder engagement, verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation skills High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel Have a long-term strategic mindset with the ability to think ‘big picture’ Benefits to you: Generous Team Member discounts on all Myer products Work flexibly from home and our Support Office based in Docklands A supportive leadership team Volunteer, parental and lifestyle leave available Service Recognition and Inspirational People Awards Ongoing training and development for your career progression The opportunity to be a part of and contribute to the Myer growth strategy Here, you’re not only an employee.
