Task & Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and menu items to the highest standards. Adhere to food safety and hygiene procedures. Cook, clean, and assist in delivering quality food in a fast-paced kitchen. Confidently work across grill, pans, fryer, and cold larder sections. Maintain strict stock control and inventory measures. Qualification & Experience Minimum of Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent work experience. Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
