WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Kic are on the hunt for a Senior CRM Manager who is passionate about health and wellness to join our team.
The role exists to develop and execute our strategies to recruit, engage and retain customers throughout their lifecycle journey and be accountable for delivering growth to our business.
Within this role, the Senior CRM Manager will be responsible for:
* Develop and execute the lifecycle marketing strategy and campaigns to increase engagement and retention of our community
* Building and managing comprehensive email and push marketing programs that include triggered and promotional campaigns.
* Management of a large scale website transformation project with integration into product and automation tools, including Braze
* Critically analysing user behaviour and developing insights to improve our customer journey and increase retention.
* Implementing A/B testing and analyse results to optimise campaigns and drive user engagement.
* Collaborating with the Content and Social Media teams to develop content that supports lifecycle marketing efforts.
* Understanding, operating and optimising the Braze platform (including building canvas’ and all customer journeys across the Kic customer lifecycle).
* Working directly with the product team on additional retention programs once basic customer journeys have been established.
* Continuously identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and increase retention.
* Providing regular reporting to leadership and executives regarding the lifecycle marketing program’s performance and direct revenue generation for the Kic business.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
The successful candidate for this position must have:
* Strong experience in lifecycle marketing (approx 5+ years), with a demonstrated track record of driving customer retention and revenue growth.
* Experience working in a Marketing function within a subscription based company
* Proficiency in CRM systems (Braze a plus), and analytics tools.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
* Exceptional problem solving ability, growth mindset and resilience.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
