You'll bring a combination of technology infrastructure, engineering, and analytical skills to help solve both customer and business challenges through enterprise integrations.You'll be part of our cross-functional delivery teams, based out of our Head Office in Cremorne, with a flexible hybrid working model.About YouYou are a collaborative team player who actively works with other engineers, while mentoring and setting an example as a leader.You enjoy building strong relationships with managers, teams, customers, and suppliers.You have a strong desire to gain a deep understanding of business needs and motivations, along with the capability for clear and coherent design and documentation.You bring extensive experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure).The role requires technical leadership backed by years of experience and specialized skills in enterprise integrations, DevOps, CI/CD, coding, configuration, and infrastructure.Proficient in IPaaS platforms (e.g., Snaplogic, Mulesoft, Dell Boomi).Proficiency in one of the primary programming languages used at Reece: Java or Python.Experienced in infrastructure-as-code (e.g., CloudFormation).Strong experience across the software development lifecycle, with hands-on knowledge in source control (GitHub), build systems (e.g., GitHub Actions), deployment (e.g., AWS CodeDeploy), and monitoring tools.Skilled in defining and capturing non-functional requirements, including availability, reliability, performance, and security.If this sounds like the right role for you, we'd love to hear from you.About UsOur purpose is to improve the lives of our customers and our people by striving for greatness every day.
