About the role: The Perth Wildcats are seeking a full-time Membership and Ticketing Manager for a 12-month maternity leave cover position. This fixed-term role involves leading and managing the club's Membership and Ticketing Department. Key responsibilities include planning and executing the membership program, overseeing the renewal process, managing membership fulfilment, and driving sales and marketing strategies for membership and fan acquisition. The role also encompasses leading the team responsible for delivering exceptional membership and ticketing services for all Perth Wildcats home games during the 2024/25 NBL season, as well as other club events. The main duties include: Lead the development and execution of the annual membership and ticketing marketing strategy to achieve membership and ticket sales targets. Create and manage seasonal marketing campaigns to drive membership growth and budget success. Design and implement member communications and promotional materials. Manage membership categories, pricing structures, packages, and meet sales and other engagement targets. Oversee budget management, ensuring alignment with targets while identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies. Plan and execute all aspects of the membership fulfilment program. Manage the membership sales process, including overseeing data entry, payment processing, and ensuring ticketing system requirements are met. Lead the customer service team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and a positive experience for all members and ticket holders. We are looking for someone who has: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role within a membership and ticketing environment, preferably in the sports industry. Advanced proficiency in managing membership and ticketing platforms, systems, and databases. Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team. A proven track record in developing effective marketing strategies and consistently achieving sales targets. Strong customer service expertise, with a focus on delivering outstanding service experiences. Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with confidence in engaging with customers, colleagues, and senior stakeholders. A genuine passion for sport, along with the flexibility and dedication to thrive in a fast-paced environment that involves weekend and after-hours commitments.
