The Technology Partnerships Manager plays a dual role—enhancing the experience of our high-profile executive members while also collaborating with the Product Team to optimize our Factor Application.
You will work closely with the sales team to prospect new business and ensure seamless onboarding, engagement, and networking opportunities, while also improving our digital platforms by gathering user feedback, analyzing business needs, and driving product enhancements.
This role requires a mix of business development, relationship management, business process analysis, product improvement, and project execution—ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys both executive interaction and technical problem-solving.Responsibilities :Conduct sales calls to generate new business and demonstrate the Factor products.Visit existing and potential client businesses to identify and act on sales opportunities.Assess customers' needs and present tailored solutions offered through the Factor application.
Track and analyze user engagement within the Factor & Panelist Applications, identifying areas for improvement.Quote and negotiate pricing, credit terms, and contract details, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.Identify, develop, and manage key strategic partnerships to drive business growth.Foster relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.Maintain accurate customer information and a strong pipeline through HubSpot CRM.Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to execute partnership initiatives.Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.Monitor partnership performance and develop strategies for optimization and expansion.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.Key Skills :Sales & Business Development : Ability to conduct sales calls, generate leads, and convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.Client Relationship Management : Experience in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.Negotiation & Contract Management : Skilled in pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.Analytical & Data-Driven Approach : Ability to assess customer needs, track engagement metrics, and identify areas for product improvement.Strategic Thinking : Ability to identify and develop high-value partnerships that align with business objectives.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Strong communication skills to work with marketing, sales, and product teams on partnership initiatives.Event & Networking Skills : Confidence in representing the company at industry events and building professional networks.Tech-Savvy : Understanding of SaaS products, applications, and emerging industry trends.
