About the role Temporary part-time opportunity to provide ongoing support to the Deadly Start School Based Traineeship Program, facilitating a meaningful experience that will encourage future pathways into the health sector. About you Our ideal candidate will carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with Metro North Health's values: Fulfil the accountabilities of this role in accordance with MNHHS's strategic goals, vision, and values. Liaise, consult, and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders including students and their families, schools, senior staff, clinicians, and other project teams to achieve project objectives. Support the recruitment of students and provide ongoing culturally responsive support across the traineeship cycle. Support ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of this program. Maintain program documentation by implementing a robust records management system in accordance with guidelines, policies, and procedures.
