Desired Skills and Experience The successful applicant/s will require the following Qualifications and Experience:Cert IV or higher in Youth Work, Disability Support, Community Services or related field.Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)Current NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card)Criminal History Check (Police Check) within the last 12 monthsUnrestricted QLD Driver's LicenceCurrent First Aid & CPRExperience supporting young people with complex trauma (Highly regarded)Skills in case planning, behaviour support, and report writing (Desirable)Over 2 years Leadership experience in a similar role within the Disability sector (Desirable)
