Their team is looking for a collaborative people leader to bring them together and unite them for future success. With a team of 7, it will be a diverse and busy role, but has the advantage of being primarily state-based.
Reporting to the Sales Director, your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading, coaching and developing a team of sales representatives for hospital and aged care clients
* Working closely with the Leadership Team to implement strategy and drive growth
* Supporting the team to grow the business including key hospital accounts
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support a complex portfolio of products
To be considered for this role, you will have:
* Degree qualifications in Science, Business, Marketing or related field
* A track record of successfully leading a high performance team in a hospital or aged care sales environment
* Significant knowledge of capital medical sales buying strategies
* The motivation and drive to suit a busy, diverse team and business environment.
