About you
What you will bring to the role:
1. Health-related tertiary qualification or in a related field.
2. Candidates should be prepared to adapt to changing caseloads and show a flexible mindset.
3. Previous experience as a care manager developing care plans and managing consumer budgets.
4. Understanding of Aged Care Reforms and Quality Standards.
5. Must be willing to travel to regional Victoria when required.
6. Aged Care knowledge.

9. Driver’s license and police check required.
