The roles vary and include working on accounts such as AusPost & TAFE or development plus commercial workplaces.You will manage end-to-end project management activity for construction sites, refurbishments, and fit-outs. Reporting to the PMO team, you will plan, organise, program, and run a rollout of different types of work, from minor to major upgrades. As Project Manager, you must contribute independently to the tasks below. As a PM, you are highly familiar with the subject matter and can produce these deliverables with little guidance from senior team members. Project Managers can also validate and oversee deliverables produced by Project Coordinators and Assistant Project Managers. It is expected you would manage between 5-8 projects at various stages. Assistant Project Managers will also validate and oversee deliverables produced by Project Coordinators.You will take responsibility for effectively managing all phases of a project (or projects) from initial establishment to handover and project closure. The role requires coordinating thought and leadership skills to encourage maximum contributions of all participants in the project and focus these to maximise outcomes for all stakeholders.Sound like you?
