About the Role In this 12 month fixed-term, Senior Brand Manager role, you'll manage a dynamic, challenger brand in a booming category with abundant growth opportunities. With a sharp focus across three key segments, this brand consistently challenges the competition. Supported by a strong budget, there's room to create a lasting impact in a complex market that's receptive to innovation and new ideas. Manage an Assistant Brand Manager; Drive NPD, communication and digital strategies and implementation. This role does have potential to convert to permanent, however, there is no guarantee. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be a strong Senior Brand Manager who is a real go-getter or potentially an even more senior candidate who wants to work 4 days per week; You must be agile, strategic, action-orientated and be able to balance creative thinking with an ability to dive into implementation; The ideal candidate will have experience in vitamins, a TGA regulated environment or FMCG; You will be someone who can manage NPD, build rapport with cross-functional teams and manage various priorities in a fast-paced environment.
