The Opportunity
We have multiple opportunities at Bega, Eden Early Learning Centres and Sapphire Mobile Preschool for energetic individuals to undertake a vocational education qualification in early childhood education and learn a variety of functions and activities by participating as a team member in a Childhood Education Team.
As an Early Childhood Trainee, you will undertake academic studies at vocational level as well as apply theoretical learnings to workplace activities in order to reinforce learnings. You will assist in providing early childhood education services by contributing to the implementation and documentation of programs for children and their families.

About You
We are seeking an individual who has their NSW ‘Working with Children’ check and has good written and verbal communication skills including the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
You will have the following skills and experience;
* Demonstrated broad interest in early childhood education.
* Additional skills, knowledge and qualifications that may be applicable to this position, such as work experience or other relevant training.
Benefits
This is a fixed term full time trainee position working 38 hours per week for a period of one (1) year.
The total remuneration package for this position commences at $27,134.64 to $46,575.33 gross per annum, comprising of:
* $468.00 to $803.30 per week base salary
* $53.82 to $92.38 per week superannuation (calculated at 11.5%)
