Talent Acquisition Specialist - AU RetailA brand new opportunity exists for an outstanding Talent Acquisition Specialist - AU Retail to join our dynamic Human Resources Team for a 14-month fixed term contract to lead the end to end employee life cycle routine functions of the Human Resources department to support the Retail business. This role will be based in ZIMMERMANN's Head Office in Rosebery.Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:Serve as the main point of contact for ZIMMERMANN Retail candidates, providing timely, professional, and personalised communication throughout the recruitment process.Champion Diversity & Inclusion through the Recruitment process working to ensure a diverse representation across the Retail team.Prepare and post job advertisements through a variety of recruitment channels, including local job boards, LinkedIn (External) and Z.Style Suite (internal), as well as other professional networks, to actively source potential candidates for retail positions through both role postings, and proactive recruitment measures.Be proactive in understanding future recruitment needs, including upcoming global new stores, and possess efficiency in implementing recruitment strategies to support the retail business.Provide frequent reporting on recruitment tracking and data, to ensure key stakeholders are up to date on relevant recruitment and onboarding information.Manage the Employee Life Cycle Surveys, including: New Joiner Survey and Exit Experience Survey for retail team members, including reporting on data, and escalating any matters of concern that are raised in the feedback.Support Senior HR Business Partner and HR Manager with maintaining accurate casual conversion records, break reporting and public holiday communication.Participate and support the wider HR Team in Special Projects, including but not limited to: Seasonal Recruitment, Training materials - Interview guidelines, ZIMMERMANN's Annual Careers Day.Required skills and expertise:Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience - at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with candidates, team members, hiring managers and other key stakeholders.Experienced with a HRIS or Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Detail oriented approach to work, with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and completeness.Proactive mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience.Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage and communicate conflicting priorities effectively.This is an opportunity for applicants who strive for excellence in their field.Only short-listed applicants will be contacted.Zimmermann is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications ensuring a strong corporate commitment to diversity and inclusion.
