Job Search - Position Vacant - Accounts Clerk
A Millicent Business is seeking an Accounts Clerk. The Position is Part time 20 – 25 hours per week.
Duties will include:
* Purchase Orders/ Invoices
* Accounts Payable and Receivable
* Data Entry
* Bank Reconciliation
* Payroll/ Superannuation/ Return to Work
* Maintain Asset/ Depreciation Schedule
* General Data Entry duties as required
* General Administrative Duties
Requirements:
* Previous experience with Accounting Software (Reckon Accounting Software)
* Experience in Accounts Payable/ Receivable
* High level of computer literacy and experience in MS office
* Ability to prioritize, work independently, efficiently and effectively with good time management skills
* Self-motivated logical thinker with accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
