This role works closely with the Manager Human Resources and hiring managers across Council to implement recruitment and selection strategies and approaches, enabling the attraction of talent, quality selection decisions and the application of merit-based processes.This role will also review Council's 'go to market' approach and channels, our employer brand and benefits offerings.The Talent Acquisition Coordinator makes a measurable and meaningful contribution to the effectiveness of Council and our success.To be successful in this role you will have an outcome focused, can-do attitude, high levels of stakeholder engagement capabilities, and be a team player who is approachable, innovative and has the ability to work in a fast-paced diverse environment.
