The Opportunity: As the Practice Manager, you will play a key role in the success of the law firm through your leadership.
You'll guide a passionate team focused on achieving the best outcomes for our clients, while also driving revenue generation and maintaining a high standard of operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the firm, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.
Cultivate strong relationships within the firm to maintain a cohesive and motivated team of over 60 employees (not all direct reports).
Demonstrate entrepreneurial aptitude to enhance the branch's reputation and provide strong technical oversight.
Actively support and coach your team to ensure effective case management and client satisfaction.
Conduct detailed research, liaise with barristers, and identify legal precedents to inform case strategy.
Assist the Managing Partner with strategy and provide day-to-day technical legislative advice.
Provide operational oversight, effectively manage budgets, and ensure team performance aligns with firm goals.
Progress and resolve cases across various specialties, including TAC and WorkCover.
Ensure clients receive the legal advice and representation they need to obtain maximum compensation.
Exhibit strong leadership, sound judgment, and commercial acumen to navigate complex situations.
What You'll Bring: To thrive in this role, you will have: 10+ years of experience in a specialist field of personal injury law.
A current practicing certificate.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a thriving team.
Strong understanding of, and ability to interpret, relevant legislation and legal documentation.
An eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients.
A proactive approach to generating fees for the firm.
