Support Worker - Traralgon and Morwell (Casual Pool)

The Opportunity:
Come and join our team as we are expanding! We are seeking Accommodation (SIL) and Community Disability Support Workers located in Traralgon & Morwell. You will be responsible for supporting customers with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centred around the following:
1. Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
2. Providing support with hygiene and personal care
3. Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
4. Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
5. Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
To be successful in this role you will have:
1. At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
2. NDIS Clearance - You must already hold a valid NDIS Clearance to be considered for this position
3. First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months)
4. National police clearance - or willingness to obtain

Morning, Afternoon and Overnight shifts available.
