The Company:Our client is a leading facilities management services provider specialising in soft services across commercial, government, industrial and medical sites.Benefits: Hybrid working model (including the option for remote work).Fantastic salary on offer: $110,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience) + 11.5% super + $17,000 car allowance / vehicle + generous commission.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Supportive & collaborative team environment.Role Description: Business Development Manager selling cleaning services into the commercial, government, industrial, and medical sectors.Identify and secure new business opportunities.Develop and implement sales strategies.Build and maintain long-term client relationships (ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business).Prepare and manage tender submissions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client satisfaction.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and internal teams where required to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.The Ideal Candidate: Minimum 5+ years' experience in a sales, business development or tender writing role within the soft services sector.
