The role is best suited to someone with excellent communication skills and great attention to detail. About the Role:Reporting to the Finance Manager and working collaboratively among a close knit team, the role will include but not be limited to: Review, verify, and process invoices received from suppliers, meticulously ensuring accuracy and proper authorization for payments. Conduct regular weekly payment runs and accommodate extra payments upon management's request, handling transactions in both AUD and overseas currencies Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions, including invoices, payments, and vendor correspondences Assist in month-end closing processes and preparation of accounts payable reports. Act as back up for Finance team, filing and other financial administrative tasks as required to contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance department. About You: At least 3 years experience within an Accounts Payable Role Experience in Movex or similar accounting software such as SAP, would be an added advantage Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Well-developed numerical, written and communication skills and the ability to actively and accurately listen to all parties Additional Benefits Close knit, collaborative and friendly team environment Opportunity for growth and progression Commence as soon as you are able!
