About The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Finance team at our head office in Batemans Bay as a Permanent Part Time Accounts Clerk. Working 3 days per week (with flexibility around days and times) this might suit a Mum wanting to work around school hours. Utilising your AP and AR experience, your key responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
Accounts Payable
* Process supplier invoices
* Assist with fortnightly payment run
* Provide advice, respond and resolve queries from staff and suppliers regarding creditor invoices, payment and other transactions
* Maintain Petty Cash system, including reconciliations, replenishment and reporting
* Fuel card management including reconciliation and reporting
* Daily monitoring of the Finance email inboxes
Accounts Receivable
* Bank Reconciliations
* Processing invoices
* Maintaining debtors ledger
* Processing remittances
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Have full rights to live and work in Australia (with no restrictions)
* Agree for us to undertake a Criminal History Check.
* Minimum 1 year accounts payable/receivable experience
* Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
* Previous experience using accounting software
* Basic Excel Skills
