About you:

Your expertise will be essential in coordinating and monitoring systems, ensuring our service delivery aligns with the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators. Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Management and Documentation: In this role, you will set up all NDIS Participant financial details to ensure efficient claims processing. You will create and review essential financial documents, conduct some data entry, and manage invoicing processes to guarantee timely and accurate billing.
* Debtor Management and Compliance: You will oversee debtor management through regular reviews and stakeholder liaison, addressing issues and correcting errors. Additionally, you will update the NDIA price guide to maintain compliance and conduct financial quality checks to ensure accurate data entry.
* Accounting and Financial Performance: Your responsibilities will include managing all accounting tasks for NDIS, processing credit card transactions, overseeing petty cash, and ensuring accurate end-of-month journal entries. You will conduct utilisation and fee-for-service reviews while reviewing daily bank statements for accuracy.
* Stakeholder Collaboration and Process Development: You will stay updated on quality standards and maintain regular communication with the NDIS Manager. Collaborating closely with the NDIS Manager and Support Officer, you will develop processes tailored to operational needs and identify systems that support the growth of NDIS services.
* Quality Assurance and Training: You will ensure compliance with the internal audit schedule and monitor quality standards in preparation for agency audits. Additionally, you will maintain access to MyPlace and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission portal, while providing training and support for staff on NDIS plan budgets and service delivery.

What you will bring:
* Substantial experience of working in NDIS and community services is essential
* Demonstrated experience in implementing, monitoring and maintaining financial and accounting systems
* Demonstrated experience of monitoring standards of services and both internal and external audit processes
* Experience of working within a multi-dimensional organisational structure
What you need:
* A tertiary qualification in Community Services, Disability/Social Work or related discipline and/or equivalent experience in a similar role
* Current SA driver’s license (essential)
* Current DHS Working with Children Check (essential)
* Current DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check (essential)
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (desirable)
