Job Description Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles Managing pick up times for vehicles to ensure they are onsite for early departures Be the first point of contact and greet guests with a warm welcome every time Check the daily arrival list for VIP's or guests with special needs.Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage, mail, messages and equipment in an efficient and timely manner.Guide guests to their room and assist with their luggage.Ensure the efficient delivery and collection of group luggage.Be present at the Concierge/Reception desk or in the lobby to be ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested.Ensure the lobby/foyer area, including entry/exit doors, remain clean and presentable at all times.Conduct regular checks.Respond to guest requests and queries providing a knowledgeable, efficient and helpful information service.
