What you'll do
4. Implementation of effective risk management processes to ensure SIWE risks are identified
5. Contribute to the Primary Connect SIWE governance program by conducting first line of defence audits and supporting close out of any gaps.
6. Partnering with the Operational and SIWE team members to continually drive change and deliver Primary Connect’s strategic objectives.
7. Promote safety values and implement safety, health and environment policies and systems to embed safety into the culture and ways of working
8. Build and promote a team environment focused on working collaboratively to achieve team and DC objectives
9. Adhere to, and enforce compliance with all legal obligations and requirements
What you'll bring
10. Sound experience and working knowledge of safety legislation, codes of practice and standards
11. Experience with the development of documentation eg work instructions, SOP’s and processes
12. Good analysis and problem solving skills / analysing trends and numerical skills
13. Experience working within a hands on Safety role
14. Diploma or equivalent formal qualifications in WHS or related
