As an Enrolled Nurse at MHS, your practice will lead to excellence in consumer care. You will have a strong understanding of the importance of establishing a relationship with consumers in order to achieve consumer focused outcomes. You will be an effective member of the wider care team, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for consumers whilst providing a high level of quality care and services. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be accountable for completingdocumentation at a high level in partnership with the consumer, carers, families and other members of the health care team. You will be supported in your role by all other clinical roles. About You Minimum qualifications: Diploma of Nursing Key Selection Criteria (essential): Current AHPRA registration, with an Administration of Medication scope of all five routes Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a culturally diverse range of people Well developed written and verbal communication skills, compute literacy and time management skills Sound understanding of the scope of practice and your role in the delegation process Good understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, Charter of Aged Care Rights, and the Aged Care Act 1997 Ability to work effectively in a team environment Sound understanding of quality systems and continuous improvement models About Us Moyne Health Services is a public, not for profit, integrated healthcare service that helps meet community healthcare needs in Port Fairy and surrounding districts in the Moyne Shire.
