You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on workplace culture while cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the organisation.You will have the chance to work within a supportive and dynamic team environment and the satisfaction of contributing to a mission that values inclusivity and respect.The RoleAs the Assistant Director – Operations, your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals across various functions, including recruitment, payroll, and HR systems.Cultivate strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective HR service delivery.Provide advice on a range of HR matters, resolving escalated service-related queries.Manage the relationship with external payroll provider to ensure seamless operations.Prepare briefing papers, reports, presentations, and other communications to support organisational compliance and reporting requirements.The Ideal PersonTo be successful you will have a strong background in human resources, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.You will have a strong understanding of HR operations, including recruitment and payroll processes, coupled with a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will be culturally aware, displaying sensitivity and respect in your interactions, and should be adaptable in tailoring solutions to meet diverse needs.
