The Warranty Clerk will play a crucial role in processing and managing warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our warranty processes.Working closely with the service technicians and service advisors, you will be responsible for coordinating all warranty claims for the dealership, including liaising with manufacturers and customers, costing warranty repairs, account reconciliation, and preparation of Repair Orders.What is the opportunity?Responsibilities:Receive and review warranty claims submitted by customers, dealers, or service providers.Verify warranty coverage and ensure that all required documentation is complete and accurate.Enter warranty claims data into the system and maintain organized records.Communicate with customers, dealerships, and service departments to gather additional information when needed.Process and track warranty claims from initiation to resolution.Assist in maintaining warranty-related documentation and manuals.To be successful in the role, you will demonstrate:Proven experience as a Warranty Clerk or in a similar administrative role.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.The ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills.A strong desire to perform at the highest level.Be customer-focused coupled with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.Able to work with the team.It is a permanent full-time position.Why should you make the move to Trivett?Explore the range of benefits Inchcape offers its employees in recognition of their contribution to our success.
