Your part in our Blue Care team
Personal Carer – Community Aged Care
* Spending your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients and their loved ones within their homes supporting with activities
* In home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing
* Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
* Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
* Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
Personal Carer – Residential Aged Care
* Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at meal times and general mobility
* Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
* Supporting with community based recreational and social activities.
What makes a difference for us?
* Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification (Desirable)
* NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
* Current Australian drivers licence and roadworthy vehicle as required (Applicable only for Personal Carer – Community Aged Care)
* Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
* Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
* Evidence of COVID Vaccinations
