Competitive payrates Permanent full-time 75 hours fortnightly and part-time 67 hours fortnightly available Must have FULL WORK rights as no sponsorship options are available Ability to work Night Duty shifts is preferredAbout Us:Our National aged care client purpose is to bring joy to those they care for with values of Creating Happiness Always Approachable Taking Responsibility Embracing Diversity Growing TogetherAbout your new role:Our client is looking for Registered Nurses to join our Northern Suburbs large residential aged care facilityDuties: Develop individualised, person-centred support that promotes physical and emotional wellbeing Provide direct clinical care and oversee the delivery of clinical and allied health services Report on clinical incidents and care related events Create and monitor care plans and assessments for residents Provide leadership and supervision to enrolled nurses and care partners Supervise and administer medications in accordance with regulations, policies and scope of practice Build relationships with individual residents, families and staff Complete reporting and documentation in line with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, professional standards, policies, procedures and client valuesSkills and Experience: Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Demonstrated experience as a Registered Nurse within aged care minimum 1 year Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to lead and positively influence a multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of person-centred support Willingness to obtain a National Police Check Willingness to obtain or provide proof of Influenza & Covid-19 Vaccinations Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical Willingness to obtain National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check if requiredWhy apply through Healthcare Australia?
