About the Role Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working with the Board, you will drive a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy across B2B and B2C channels. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, including insurance companies and brokers, while your teams build relationships with panel shops, tow operators, and automotive groups to increase market share and brand visibility. Your key responsibilities will include: Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management : Develop and implement multi-year sales strategies to drive revenue growth, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure team targets are achieved. Marketing Leadership : Work with the marketing manager to execute a cohesive, multi-channel marketing strategy, enhancing brand positioning and customer outreach. Client & Partnership Development : Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, negotiating partnerships that deliver win-win outcomes. Financial Oversight : Manage departmental budgets, focusing on cost-effective initiatives that deliver on financial objectives. Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Customer Experience : Champion initiatives that ensure a seamless customer experience, addressing any complex customer issues directly when needed. I am looking for someone who is an experienced executive level sales and marketing leader with a background in a related industry such as insurance and automotive. You will bring 7-10 years in senior sales or marketing roles, with a proven track record of leading and developing successful teams. You will have strong communication, negotiation, and financial management skills, with a strategic and operational mindset.
