About the role:
1. Processing customer orders via Redox’s in-house system
2. Provide phone/email support for customer service enquiries
3. Confidently liaise internally and externally with our transport, warehouse and sales team to ensure our customer deliveries are completed in a timely manner
About you:
You are forward thinking, possess excellent time management, problem solving and organisation skills, with high attention to detail. You demonstrate excellent communication skills – verbal and written with a polite and professional phone manner.

7. Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
Training on our customised in-house system will be given however experience in a similar customer service role and administrative skills would be looked upon favourably.
