* Photocopying, filing, and archiving documents
* Liaising with clients and professionals
* Managing high volumes of email, files, and documents
* Dictaphone typing
* Scheduling appointments and meetings
* General administrative duties
About You
To be considered, you should have:
* Previous experience as a legal secretary in Litigation or Insurance
* A proven ability to manage complex information and ensure accuracy in all tasks
* Strong organizational skills when handling multiple tasks
* The capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience under pressure
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents, interacting with clients, and collaborating with legal teams
