Your Role:
* Building strong, professional relationships with children and families
* Working with children with ASD, developmental delay, early intervention, CP, complex communication, down syndrome
* Assessing and treating children 0-18 years who have speech, language, fluency and literacy difficulties
* Working with the framework of a family and client centered practice, in our clinic, at family homes or in the community
* Independently managing your caseload, including documentation and file management
* Supporting and inspiring your clients and colleagues
* You will look after a range of clients with 80% NDIS clients 20% Private clients
Support:
* Professional Development – Receive a generous professional development budget
* Work closely within a team of passionate Speech Pathologists with 10+ years of experience
* Have weekly check ins with a Senior Speech Pathologist mentor
* Upon starting, take part in our 2 week induction and training program
* Can cater caseload to your area of interest

Requirements
* A recognized degree in Speech Pathology
* A Current Blue Card for Working with Children
* Speech Pathology Australia membership
* One or more years' clinical experience (preferred)
* Proven ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team
